Defense for Venus

After 10 years no Pinay ever placed in the Miss Universe Pageant
Now we have Venus Raj at 4th
But, most Pinoys are not happy,
Instead they kept criticizing her answer during the pageant's Q&A
Her answer was straight and simple, not totally wrong
Grammar may be a problem or her sentence construction
But even Americans have problems about that
Kaya nga may "slang" kung tawagin


Nakakalungkot, e sa typical Pinoy, na di na nagbago
Kala ba nila eh, kaya nilang sagutin ng tama ang tanong if ever sila ang kasali
Sana maging masaya na lang tayo coz she brought glory to our country
after 10 long years
Bakit mahirap sa iba to appreciate na hanggang dun lang sya talaga
It was her destiny kaya sya ang nakasali
She did her best pero talagang hanggang dun na lang
She wanted the crown so much for the Philippines
Pero, di nya nakuha

So what?, we have the 4th after 10 long years
